Personalized Products
Pieces of Forever creates personalized books based on information, names, photographs, and other materials submitted by customers.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right or permission to submit any photographs or other content used for personalization.
Artwork and Approval
We create personalized artwork based on the information and reference materials you provide.
Where an artwork preview is provided, you are responsible for reviewing the personalization, names, spelling, and artwork before approval.
Once artwork has been approved and submitted for printing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we reasonably believe it involves fraud, unauthorized payment, misuse of our services, or content that we cannot reasonably produce.
If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Customer-Submitted Content
By submitting photographs or other materials, you grant Pieces of Forever permission to use those materials solely as necessary to create, produce, fulfill, and support your personalized order.
You represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide submitted content for this purpose.
Intellectual Property
The Pieces of Forever website, branding, book designs, illustrations, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Pieces of Forever and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
Purchasing a personalized book does not transfer ownership of the underlying book design, illustrations, templates, or other intellectual property.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Product Appearance
Printed products may have minor differences in color, positioning, cropping, or appearance compared with images displayed on a screen. These normal production variations are not considered defects.
Website Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of our website or services when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pieces of Forever will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
