Pieces of Forever creates personalized books made specifically for your family. Because each order is customized, production begins after your personalized artwork has been prepared and approved.
Artwork Preview
We aim to provide your personalized artwork preview within 24 hours after receiving the information and photos required to create your order.
Production and shipping timelines begin after your artwork has been approved and your order is ready for printing.
U.S. Shipping
We currently offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders.
Delivery times include two stages:
- Production: Your personalized book must first be printed and prepared for shipment.
- Shipping: Once shipped, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery dates may vary during holidays, periods of high demand, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@piecesofforever.com.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at info@piecesofforever.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will investigate the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
Pieces of Forever is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
